2. Salon Bookings, Consultations & Cancellations

• Appointments: Clients can book appointments online via our booking system or by contacting our team directly. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your appointment.
• Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening your service duration to accommodate other scheduled clients.

• Payment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed once payment authorization is verified successfully by Paystack.
• Currency & Charges: All service fees are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN / ₦). If your bank card is issued in another currency, your financial institution will apply their prevailing conversion rate.
